Megaport Secures A$978.6M AI Deals, Raises FY27 Outlook

Megaport has signed three AI infrastructure contracts worth a combined A$978.6 million, covering GPU and CPU computing, networking and storage for AI and inference workloads. The agreements bring the strategic contracts it has announced since April to about A$2.3 billion and are expected to add roughly A$232.4 million in annual recurring revenue, lifting pro forma group ARR to about A$1.1 billion. Megaport also raised its FY27 revenue forecast to A$720 million–A$810 million and its expected EBITDA margin to 42%–44%, citing contract deployments and continuing network and compute growth. Customer prepayments of about A$323 million will help fund infrastructure investment; the company said more than 85% of pro forma ARR is from North America.
