Men Charged in Four Separate Shooting Cases

Two Lancaster men, Dwain London Jr. and Willito Colon, have been charged in connection with an October 2024 shooting in Lancaster Township that seriously injured a driver. Police allege the men fired 15 shots at the driver on Wabank Road, striking him in the neck; a second vehicle was also hit, but no one inside was injured. Investigators cited surveillance footage, matching shell casings and cellphone records as evidence linking the men to the shooting. Colon, who was 17 at the time, is being charged as an adult. Both face aggravated assault, conspiracy and related firearms charges.
