Micware unveils micAuto and DynaPlanet platforms to expand beyond auto software

Micware, a Japan-based software and IT provider for the automotive and mobility sectors, announced a platform-based growth strategy aimed at turning its in-vehicle software development technologies, data, and expertise into sustained value. The strategy shifts Micware from relying primarily on individual development projects to deploying its technology assets across broader growth domains. It is built around two platforms: micAuto, which uses in-vehicle software assets to help OEMs transform their development processes and expand beyond infotainment into areas such as autonomous driving, ADAS, connected services, and quality assurance. The second platform, DynaPlanet, envisions a digital 3D space where people and AI intersect, supporting enterprise and government use cases through real 3D interiors and real 3D cities, while also developing virtual 3D worlds as an open environment for users and creators. Micware says the platforms’ direction is reflected in newly introduced logos and that it has published growth strategy details and key performance indicators on its investor relations site.
