Municipalities consider zoning, snow, traffic changes

Several public notices announce upcoming local government actions and hearings in Pennsylvania. Quarryville Borough plans to consider an ordinance establishing rules and penalties for snow and ice emergencies, while Columbia Borough intends to make part of Walnut Street one-way westbound between Third and Front streets. Conestoga Township will hold a hearing on Safe Harbor Village LLC’s request to modify a condition governing property sales and ownership at its approved events venue. Separately, a Marietta self-storage unit is scheduled for an online lien auction beginning November 10, and York County, Nebraska, has announced an open commissioners meeting for October 27, 2026.
