Nasdaq completes Dasseti acquisition to speed institutional investor due diligence

Nasdaq said it has completed its acquisition of Dasseti, an AI-powered due diligence and monitoring platform, with Dasseti technology being integrated into its Nasdaq eVestment institutional intelligence platform. The deal extends eVestment across the full manager research, due diligence, and ongoing monitoring workflow, aiming to speed response times and improve data quality for consultants and institutional investors, particularly in private markets where reporting standards are less consistent. Dasseti automates key investor processes such as due diligence questionnaires and requests for proposals and supports continuous monitoring, while Nasdaq positions the integration as creating a single environment that unifies screening, selection, and oversight. Nasdaq also said the expanded tooling will streamline RFP, DDQ, and database management for asset managers, building on Dasseti’s existing modules for data collection, investor engagement, and ESG analysis. Financial terms were not disclosed, and the acquisition follows Nasdaq’s earlier investment in Dasseti through Nasdaq Ventures beginning in 2022. Across eVestment’s network, Nasdaq describes coverage involving thousands of asset managers and asset owners and very large totals of products, managers, and funds in private markets.
