Nashville Pedal Tavern Crash Sends 10 to Hospitals
Newly released 911 calls capture the chaotic aftermath of a Toyota RAV4 rear-ending a Nashville pedal tavern, with witnesses reporting about 10 people injured and urgently requesting ambulances. The driver also called 911 and acknowledged hitting the tavern; police said he was distracted by his radio and are reviewing evidence with prosecutors to determine whether further charges are appropriate. Among the injured was visitor Joanna Reileah, who suffered a fractured vertebra, a broken nose and head injuries and faces a long recovery.
