Nearly 4,300 Workers With Disabilities Manufacture US Goods

The AbilityOne Program and SourceAmerica connect people with disabilities, including veterans, to manufacturing jobs that support federal demand for U.S.-made products. Nearly 4,300 workers with disabilities are employed across SourceAmerica’s network, where more than 98% of products are made in America or meet Trade Agreements Act requirements. In Huntsville, Alabama, Phoenix has produced official military burial flags for the Department of Veterans Affairs for more than 25 years, using materials sourced entirely in the United States. Workers with disabilities make the flags, and Phoenix has produced more than 2 million, now delivering over 65,000 annually.
