Nebraska Man Arrested After Party With 28 Minors

Authorities in York County, Nebraska, say deputies responding to reports of an underage drinking party after a school homecoming event found 28 juveniles and alcohol in a barn loft. Investigators allege 51-year-old property owner Chad Stuhr was the only adult present and that he drank alcohol and behaved inappropriately toward young girls; they also received an allegation of inappropriate contact with a juvenile. Deputies found Stuhr hiding in a concealed room behind a movable wall and arrested him. A search uncovered marijuana, suspected psilocybin mushrooms, a bayonet and other evidence, and Stuhr faces multiple charges, including second-degree sexual assault of a child, child abuse, and offenses related to drugs, weapons and providing alcohol to minors.
