Nova Q3 revenue rises 28% to $288 million
Nova Ltd. reported a record third quarter, with revenue rising to $287.84 million from $224.61 million a year earlier and net income increasing to $89.96 million from $61.42 million. Growth was led by memory and advanced-packaging demand, including DRAM and high-bandwidth memory, while the company said its annual revenue reached $1 billion ahead of plan. Management expects strong momentum to continue, forecasting second-half 2026 growth of more than 33% year over year, supported by advanced-node transitions and rising metrology needs; it is also expanding manufacturing capacity and addressing supply-chain constraints. The company noted that new competition in materials metrology is expected from the second half of 2027 and said it is increasing research and development investment. Although earnings exceeded analyst estimates, available insider-trading data showed executives had sold shares and institutional investors were divided in their recent portfolio moves.
