Oshkosh Inmate Sentenced to 15 Years for Enticement

Aijalon L. Baldwin, 36, was sentenced to an additional 15 years in prison followed by 10 years of supervised release for attempting to entice a minor while incarcerated at Oshkosh Correctional Institution for a prior strangulation and suffocation conviction. From February to April 2026, prison staff intercepted illicit images and monitored sexually exploitative communications and calls between Baldwin and the child; court records also say he discussed strangling the child. The judge said the conduct showed contempt for prison rules and the justice system, while prosecutors and local officials credited corrections staff and law enforcement with stopping further abuse.
