Packers Set to Face Cowboys Amid Defensive Struggles

Green Bay heads into its Sunday night game against Dallas looking to build on a 31-7 win over Chicago, while the Cowboys are trying to recover from a 24-16 loss to Tampa Bay and address a defense that has struggled to stop opponents. The Packers’ passing game, led by Jordan Love and receivers Matthew Golden and Christian Watson, could pose a major challenge for Dallas; Love has also had strong performances in recent meetings between the teams. Dallas, however, has a dangerous offense of its own, with Dak Prescott, CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens capable of making big plays. Green Bay’s pressure-heavy defense will test Prescott, while the Cowboys are expected to emphasize quick throws to counter the pass rush. Dallas has brought in veteran coach Mike Pettine to assist its defensive staff, and both teams will look to respond to their recent results.
