Palm Bay Flooding Leaves One Dead, Rescues Continue

A man who was reported missing during severe flooding in Palm Bay, Florida, was found dead in his truck in a flooded area of southeast Palm Bay, authorities said. Police had earlier issued a Silver Alert for David Richards, last seen Tuesday morning, but officials have not publicly confirmed the deceased man’s identity.
