Parkridge Opens $99 Million, 50-Room Patient Tower

Parkridge Medical Center has opened an 88,000-square-foot, three-story patient tower in Chattanooga, a roughly $99 million expansion aimed at meeting growing demand for care. The tower adds 50 patient rooms: 16 intensive care rooms and 34 orthopedic and spine rooms, with the ICU floor designed to accommodate another 16 rooms in the future. The new facility also includes a main lobby, meeting and education spaces, and an outdoor courtyard connecting it to the existing hospital.
