Shreveport police arrested 21-year-old Aquillis Willis in connection with the reported sexual assault of a 14-year-old. Detectives said the investigation uncovered explicit images and messages on a phone, and the juvenile described the alleged assault in an interview. Willis faces charges including indecent behavior with a juvenile, felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile and computer-aided solicitation of a minor; he is being held without bond. A second report says Willis admitted to the offenses after being advised of his rights.
