Lindsay Clancy Defense Seeks Dismissal and Holdout Juror Probe

Lindsay Clancy’s defense has asked a Massachusetts judge to dismiss the murder case, arguing that retrying her after the Sept. 4 mistrial would violate her constitutional protection against double jeopardy. The defense also seeks an investigation into lone holdout juror Michael P.
