Kentucky Machine Issue; Colorado Inmates Vote
A voting machine at a public library in Madison County, Kentucky, had a calibration issue that could register a selection above or below a voter’s intended choice; County Clerk Kenny Barger said voters can review a printed ballot before it is counted. In Colorado, eligible people in custody were offered in-person voting in Denver and Clear Creek County, including people awaiting trial or serving misdemeanor sentences. Denver’s collaborative Confined Voting Program is in its 11th year, and five eligible inmates voted in Clear Creek County.
