Trump Restores Iowa, Kansas Midterm Rallies

President Donald Trump is making a late campaign push with rallies in Iowa and Kansas, after the stops were briefly canceled and then restored. He is aiming to help Republicans retain control of the Senate and protect House and gubernatorial seats as polls show competitive races in traditionally Republican states and Democrats gaining momentum. Iowa contests include the governor’s race, a Senate battle between Republican Ashley Hinson and Democrat Josh Turek, and several toss-up House races; in Kansas, Trump is backing incumbent Senator Roger Marshall and other Republicans. With Election Day two days away, more than 52 million Americans had already voted.
