Poll Shows Perry, Stelson Tied in Pennsylvania Race
A new poll finds Republican Rep. Scott Perry and Democratic challenger Janelle Stelson tied at 48% among likely voters in Pennsylvania’s 10th Congressional District, setting up a close rematch after Perry narrowly beat Stelson in 2024. The poll also found President Donald Trump underwater in the district, with 55% disapproving of his performance; voters rated Stelson more favorably on cost of living and corruption, while Perry held advantages on immigration and foreign wars. Perry has blamed the district’s tighter partisan balance on redistricting by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, which he calls unconstitutional, and has criticized spending and advertising against him. The district is among the competitive races that could help determine control of the U.S. House.
