Pomerantz Investigates Five Companies After Sharp Stock Drops

Pomerantz LLP announced investigations into whether Stryker, Sionna Therapeutics, J.B. Hunt Transport Services, EHang Holdings and JinkoSolar, along with certain officers or directors, violated securities laws or engaged in other unlawful practices. Stryker shares fell 8.8% after the company said a manufacturing problem affecting its peripheral vascular inventory would persist into the fourth quarter, contrary to earlier expectations. Sionna shares plunged 91.2% after a Phase 2a cystic fibrosis trial failed to meet its key activity endpoint. J.B. Hunt shares dropped 13.3% after the transportation company forecast a 5% to 10% sequential earnings decline, citing higher diesel prices and driver expenses. EHang shares declined 7.1% after quarterly revenue missed expectations amid slower passenger-operation approvals, while JinkoSolar’s ADR fell nearly 12% on two occasions following a large impairment-driven loss and later weak results, shrinking margins and softer solar-market demand.
