PPI plans SEK762m offers for three Nordic property firms
Public Property Invest (PPI) plans two Nordic property acquisitions, offering €9 per share for Origa Care and SEK 110 per share for One Publicus. The offers combine 70% newly issued PPI shares with 30% cash and would total SEK 442 million if fully accepted; PPI already holds stakes in both companies. Separately, PPI has made a public offer for Preservium Property, valuing it at about SEK 320 million, with the same 70%-shares, 30%-cash structure and an option for shareholders to choose a different mix. Preservium’s largest shareholder, SBB, has viewed the offer positively but has not committed to tendering its shares.
