Pzena Investment Management adjusted several holdings in the third quarter, trimming its positions in MillerKnoll by 4.3%, Oshkosh by 1.1%, and WSFS Financial by 2.7%. It increased its stake in KT Corporation by 4.4%, adding about 319,000 shares. The Oshkosh reports also note that institutional investors hold more than 92% of the company’s shares and that a director sold a small portion of his holdings under a prearranged trading plan.
