Qfin Holdings Names Risk Officer Yan Zheng as New CEO
Qfin Holdings announced a leadership and board transition effective Sept. 21, 2026, as Haisheng Wu steps down as CEO, director and compensation committee member to focus on expanding the company’s international business. Yan Zheng, the company’s vice president since 2017 and chief risk officer since 2020, will succeed Wu as CEO and join the board. Zheng brings 18 years of consumer-finance risk-management experience, including roles at China Merchants Bank and Shenzhen Samoyed Internet Finance Service. The changes are intended to support Qfin’s international expansion and long-term strategic development while maintaining continuity in risk-focused management.
