Restaurants plan Halloween food deals nationwide

Halloween offers include discounts on candy, treats, decorations and party supplies, as well as restaurant promotions for customers who celebrate in costume. In 2026, participating Chipotle locations are offering Rewards members a $6 entrée on Halloween, while Krispy Kreme is giving customers in costume a free doughnut from Oct. 30–31; Dickey’s and Surcheros also have costume-related offers, with terms varying by location. In Charlotte, the All Hallows’ Feed event will provide free groceries, winter coats and family activities while supplies last.
