RingCentral reports Q2 2026 revenue, raises dividend, outlook
RingCentral reported Q2 2026 revenue of $657.0 million, up 5.9% year over year, with GAAP diluted EPS of $0.45 and non-GAAP EPS of $1.22, while free cash flow reached $180 million and operating cash flow was $206 million. The company raised its full-year guidance for revenue, margin and free cash flow, and increased the quarterly dividend to $0.125 per share. AI adoption continued to accelerate, with about 13% of ARR tied to at least one paid native AI product, roughly doubling year over year.
