Road-Rage Incidents Reported Across Four States
Several reported road-rage incidents involving firearms occurred in different parts of the country. Near Cedar Grove, Indiana, a driver in a white SUV allegedly fired at another car before fleeing toward Ohio; no injuries were reported, and the case remains under investigation. In Washoe County, Nevada, investigators say a driver fired at another vehicle on Red Rock Road, leaving a bullet in its trunk; a 41-year-old suspect was arrested on a felony assault charge. In Omaha, a road-rage dispute led to a fight in which a man allegedly pistol-whipped another driver and fired shots into the ground; the injured person was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries, and one person was taken into custody. A separate aggravated-assault call tied to a reported road-rage incident near Aldine Westfield Road and Old Cypresswood Drive in Harris County, Texas, was reported, but officials have released few details.
