Rochester Faith Expo to Connect Residents With Over 60 Groups
Across several communities, local organizations are creating ways to support residents, connect people with resources and strengthen civic life. East Montgomery County’s improvement district says it has reinvested local sales-tax revenue in jobs, businesses and development, supported scholarships, and is preparing to open the Caney Pines Convention Center. In Alpharetta, Lionheart supports people with autism and other neurodevelopmental challenges through individualized education and therapeutic services, as well as vocational training and employment pathways for adults. Rochester’s upcoming Faith & Community Expo aims to connect residents and more than 60 organizations, while Bay News 9’s “Everyday Heroes” series highlights local people making a difference.
