Rochester Police Seek Missing Siblings With Noncustodial Mother

Rochester police are seeking help locating siblings Mateo Paul, 7, and Avaya Paul, 5, who were last seen on Oct. 23 with their biological mother, Jessenya Rodriguez-Rivera, who does not have custody. The children have missed school, and investigators say their welfare may be at risk; police are also considering whether they may have been taken out of state. Anyone with information about their whereabouts is urged to call 911.
