Rosen Announces Investor Actions Across Five Companies

Rosen Law Firm announced or continued investigations into potential securities claims involving TruBridge, Tigo Energy, Elauwit Connection and Build-A-Bear Workshop, alleging the companies may have provided materially misleading information to investors. TruBridge said it would delay its annual report after identifying accounting errors involving revenue recognition, contract costs, stock-based compensation and software development expenses in previously issued financial statements. Tigo Energy lowered its 2026 income projections because of partnership delays, sending its stock down 37%, while Elauwit disclosed that earlier interim financial statements could not be relied upon because of an error in network-construction revenue recognition. Rosen is also reminding UWM Holdings investors that a class action has been filed and that October 13, 2026, is the deadline to seek appointment as lead plaintiff. The firm says affected investors may be eligible to participate in the cases without upfront legal fees, though the allegations and claims have not been adjudicated.
