SCAD Film Fest Sets Multiple Downtown Savannah Road Closures

The SCAD Film Festival will bring traffic detours and delays to downtown Savannah in late October and early November. East Broughton Lane between Abercorn and Lincoln streets is scheduled to close Oct. 19–23 and again Nov. 1–3; Abercorn Street between Broughton and Congress streets will close Oct. 24 through Nov. 1. Northbound Abercorn Street between East Congress Lane and Congress Street will also close Nov. 1–3. Drivers should plan alternate routes and watch for posted no-parking restrictions; vehicles left in restricted areas may be towed at the owner’s expense.
