Scalare adds Brisbane site to reach eight locations and launches EquityRoom

Scalare Partners reported $5.25 million in customer receipts and a statutory operating cash inflow of $1.92 million for the September 2026 quarter, while noting that lease-accounting treatment and fit-out timing produce an estimated underlying cash outflow of about $1.16 million. The company ended the quarter with about $548,000 in cash and $2.98 million in unused financing facilities. Its Tank Stream Labs network expanded into Brisbane, taking the total to eight locations across four states; the new site is expected to become EBITDA- and cash-flow-positive in FY27. Scalare also invested in AI scent-technology company Auric and launched EquityRoom, a startup fundraising and equity-management platform with 11 paying customers and 35 on trial, adding a potential recurring subscription revenue stream.
