Shoulder Injury Ends Razgatlioglu’s 2026 MotoGP Season

Toprak Razgatlioglu will miss the rest of the 2026 MotoGP season after further examinations found that the shoulder he dislocated in a highside crash at the Indonesian Grand Prix requires surgery. He will have the procedure in Milan and begin rehabilitation, ruling him out of the Australian Grand Prix at Phillip Island and the season’s remaining rounds. Yamaha test rider Augusto Fernandez is set to replace him. Razgatlioglu said he was disappointed to miss the races but chose surgery to maximize his chances of a full recovery.
