Packers, Tucker Kraft agree to four-year, $75 million extension

The Green Bay Packers and tight end Tucker Kraft agreed to a four-year contract extension worth $75 million, with incentives capable of raising its value to $92 million and a $26.5 million signing bonus. The agreement was reached shortly before Green Bay’s 2026 season opener against Minnesota and makes Kraft one of the NFL’s highest-paid tight ends, though its base value falls short of the previously discussed $20 million annual threshold. Kraft became a major offensive weapon in 2024 and was on pace for career highs in 2025 before suffering a torn ACL after eight games. He has since returned from the physically unable to perform list and is expected to play in Week 1. Through three seasons, Kraft has recorded 113 catches, 1,551 receiving yards and 15 touchdowns, joining Rob Gronkowski and Mark Andrews as the only tight ends since 2000 to reach those totals in their first three years.
