Raheem Sterling Admits Dangerous Driving After Lamborghini Crash on M3

Former England footballer Raheem Sterling pleaded guilty at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court to dangerous driving after a single-vehicle Lamborghini crash on the M3 in Hampshire on May 28, 2026. He also admitted possessing six nitrous oxide canisters for wrongful inhalation and failing to provide a specimen for analysis after his arrest. Police said no other vehicles were involved and no injuries were reported, while reports said the £270,000 car had been seen swerving before hitting a barrier near the Minley interchange. Dangerous driving carries a maximum sentence of two years in prison, but Sterling’s sentencing date and outcome were not immediately clear.
