Jayden Reed to Miss 2026 Season After Neck Injury

Packers coach Matt LaFleur said wide receiver Jayden Reed will undergo neck surgery and miss the rest of the 2026 season after being injured on the second play of Green Bay’s Week 2 win over the New York Jets. Reed was taken off the field on a backboard and stayed overnight at a New Jersey hospital; LaFleur said the injury is not career-ending, but Reed’s recovery timeline is unclear.
