Taylor Questionable for Mississippi State’s LSU Game

Mississippi State quarterback Kamario Taylor is listed as questionable for Saturday’s game at LSU with a foot injury that began bothering him in the Sept. 27 win over Missouri and forced him out of the Bulldogs’ loss to Alabama. Coach Jeff Lebby has not confirmed whether Taylor will play, and a decision is expected later in the week; Billy Puckett and AJ Swann are backup options. Starting running back Fluff Bothwell is also questionable, linebacker Jalen Smith is out and linebacker Zakari Tillman is doubtful. Taylor has led Mississippi State to a 4-1 start, throwing for 1,450 yards and 17 touchdowns, while LSU is 4-2. The game is scheduled for 11 a.m. CT Saturday at Tiger Stadium, with the SEC availability report to be updated before kickoff.
