76ers Sign Tacko Fall, Carroll; Waive Two

The Philadelphia 76ers waived Duke Miles and Saint Thomas and signed Cris Carroll to an Exhibit 10 contract, with Carroll expected to join the Delaware Blue Coats after being waived. Philadelphia also signed Tacko Fall to a two-way contract to bolster its center depth after Ariel Hukporti suffered a season-ending Achilles injury; Adem Bona is managing a foot issue. Fall is dealing with a left hip strain and could miss the season opener against the Knicks, but his absence is not expected to significantly affect the rotation.
