Tennessee, Florida Claim Top-10 Wins
Saturday brought several major SEC results, including Kentucky’s 21-13 upset of Oklahoma, where a late interception helped turn the game and the Sooners’ struggling offense failed to respond. Tennessee beat Alabama 26-10, holding the Crimson Tide to 201 yards and forcing four turnovers; the loss left Alabama at 5-2 and under pressure to avoid another defeat in its playoff pursuit. Tennessee’s defense limited Alabama to 10 points, while kicker Cooper Ranvier made four first-half field goals as the Vols earned their third straight home win over the Tide. Florida also rallied from a 17-3 deficit to upset No. 7 Texas 27-24, with first-time starter Tramell Jones Jr. helping the Gators secure their second top-10 win of the season.
