Heat Fall to 0-4 After Loss to Mavericks

Miami fell to 0-4 after a 113-109 home loss to Dallas, extending its rocky start in the Giannis Antetokounmpo era. Antetokounmpo recorded 29 points, 15 rebounds and 11 assists, and Davion Mitchell added 21, while Bam Adebayo scored eight points on 3-for-10 shooting. The Heat twice built double-digit leads but could not hold them, as Cooper Flagg’s 29 points and 11 assists helped Dallas pull away late. The loss heightened concerns about the offensive fit between Antetokounmpo and Adebayo, as Miami continues to struggle with consistent shooting and scoring support.
