Kelce Sets Tight End Receiving-Yards Record Against Seahawks

Travis Kelce set the NFL record for career receiving yards by a tight end, including postseason play, with a 19-yard catch against the Seattle Seahawks that took him past former Chief Tony Gonzalez. The catch brought Kelce to 15,398 career receiving yards and 1,103 receptions, moving him into fifth place on the all-time receptions list ahead of Marvin Harrison and Cris Carter. Kelce played despite an ankle issue that had limited him in practice and had no game-status designation before the matchup. Midway through the fourth quarter, Kansas City trailed Seattle 13-3.
