Bueckers, Fudd Confirm Year-Old Breakup

Dallas Wings teammates Paige Bueckers and Azzi Fudd said on Fudd’s podcast that they ended their romantic relationship more than a year ago, before Dallas drafted Fudd first overall in 2026. Bueckers rejected suggestions that their past relationship influenced the pick, saying Fudd earned it as a player. Both said they remain friends, support each other and work together professionally as teammates. They urged fans to stop sending hostile messages to them, their families and people close to them, and said they would keep further details of their personal lives private.
