Steelers Host JuJu Smith-Schuster Amid Receiver Injuries
The injury-depleted Pittsburgh Steelers are bringing in free-agent wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster for a visit as they seek help ahead of their Week 6 game against Tampa Bay. Smith-Schuster spent his first five NFL seasons in Pittsburgh, where he made a Pro Bowl, and has also worked out for the Vikings and Chargers; he has not played during the 2026 season. With Michael Pittman Jr., Roman Wilson and Ben Skowronek sidelined, DK Metcalf and rookie Germie Bernard are expected to lead the receiving group, while practice-squad players could be called up. The Steelers are also weighing other available receivers, and Brandon Smith may get a larger role after earning notice for his blocking.
Where do you stand?
