SummerHaven Adds New Stakes in Viasat and Four Other Firms

SummerHaven Investment Management reported new third-quarter stakes in Viasat, The Bancorp, Par Pacific Holdings and NB Bancorp, valued at about $3.61 million, $1.02 million, $2.63 million and $1.09 million, respectively. Viasat became the fund’s second-largest holding, while Par Pacific ranked seventh. The fund also increased its Ryder System position by 50.5%, to 6,444 shares worth about $1.47 million. The filings show a mix of new investments and an expanded transportation holding; the articles also describe other institutional investors’ activity in those companies.
