Suspects Charged in Two Fatal South Jersey Hit-and-Runs
Two men have been charged in separate fatal pedestrian hit-and-run cases in southern New Jersey. In Monroe Township, Shaun Fennimore, 46, is accused of striking and killing 73-year-old Margaret Flail, then leaving his car at a nearby store and fleeing; a police K-9 tracked him to a wooded area, and prosecutors also charged him with driving on a suspended license. In Vineland, Tyrone Bordley, 27, is charged in the death of 56-year-old Emiliano Ortega-Dominguez; investigators found the suspected vehicle two days after the crash, and Bordley also faces a charge of possessing suspected MDMA. Both cases remain allegations, and the defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
