TakeMe2Space plans orbital data center with Nvidia GPUs on Falcon 9

Hyderabad-based TakeMe2Space plans to launch two 100-kilogram satellites aboard a SpaceX Falcon 9 in late 2028, in what it describes as India’s first networked orbital data center mission. Each satellite is expected to carry Nvidia GPUs, 100 terabytes of storage, a multispectral imager and about 1.5 kilowatts of computing power; optical links will let them share data and workloads as a distributed system. The spacecraft will test whether computing Earth-observation data in orbit can deliver useful results—such as flood maps, crop-stress analysis and ship counts—without first sending raw imagery to Earth. The company presents the mission as a technology demonstrator for larger orbital data center systems.
