Taltson Names CFO, Closes C$85,000 Placement
Taltson Critical Minerals appointed Casey Forward, a CPA and experienced mining executive, as chief financial officer and a member of its board, replacing Heath Ellingham, who resigned to pursue other business interests. Forward has held senior management roles at mining companies with projects in Canada, the United States and South America, most recently serving as CEO of Blast Resources. The company also completed a non-brokered private placement that raised C$85,000 through the sale of 2,125,000 units priced at C$0.04 each, with each unit including a share and a three-year warrant exercisable at C$0.07. Proceeds will support general working capital, and an insider subscribed for 500,000 units. Taltson is advancing its wholly owned O’Connor Lake mineral exploration project in the Northwest Territories.
