Security guard kills gunman after fatal shooting at Tampa Citibank site

A gunman drove through a fence into an outdoor dining area at the Citibank Center complex near Tampa and fatally shot a woman before moving toward a cafeteria, where an armed security guard confronted and killed him in an exchange of gunfire. The guard and at least four other people were reported injured, and employees evacuated as law enforcement responded. Citi CEO Jane Fraser praised the security team, expressed sympathy for those affected and said the company would provide employee support and add security at its sites as needed.
