Tarantino sets Cliff Booth novel for December 2026 release

Quentin Tarantino will publish his second novel, “The Adventures of Cliff Booth,” on Dec. 8, 2026, through HarperCollins. The book is a novelization of “The Further Mis-Adventures of Cliff Booth,” a sequel to “Once Upon a Time … in Hollywood” that Tarantino wrote and David Fincher is directing for Netflix. Brad Pitt will reprise his Oscar-winning role as Cliff Booth, with the story set in 1977 Hollywood and portraying the former stuntman as a fixer who performs clandestine services for industry friends. The film is scheduled for an IMAX release on Nov. 25 before streaming on Netflix beginning Dec. 23. Tarantino previously novelized the original 2019 film and has also written the film book “Cinema Speculation.”
