Teams Claim Volleyball Regional Titles Across States

High school volleyball teams across central Illinois claimed regional championships, including four Mid-Illini teams, three teams from Normal and several smaller-school programs. In Texas, Christ Academy swept Trinity School of Texas in the TAPPS 1A area round to advance to the regional playoffs, with Chaney Clarke leading the attack with nine kills. Tennessee State, meanwhile, lost 3-0 on the road to Southeast Missouri in an Ohio Valley Conference match, despite a competitive opening set and improved offense in the third.
