Nothing launches $399 Headphone (1) Pro to rival Apple and Sony

Nothing unveiled its Headphone (1) Pro, its most advanced and expensive headphones, priced at $399 and scheduled to go on sale September 29 through its website, Amazon and Best Buy in North America. The over-ear model combines a squared design and transparent styling with an aluminum frame, titanium components and scratch-resistant glass accents. It features a triple-driver system, 10-microphone active noise cancellation rated up to 46 dB, spatial audio, customizable sound, physical controls and Bluetooth 6.1; battery life is rated at up to 30 hours with noise cancellation on and 68 hours with it off. Tuned with Metropolis Studios, the headphones are aimed at competing with premium offerings from Apple, Sony and Bose, with K-pop star V serving as global brand ambassador. Reviews note that the upgraded materials and cushioning do not make them especially light, and their unusual design may not suit everyone.
