Navitas Unveils 24-kW Nvidia AI Power Board

Navitas Semiconductor, based in Torrance, Calif., announced a 24-kilowatt power-delivery board developed with Nvidia. The board converts 800 VDC directly to 12 VDC in a single stage, eliminating the intermediate 50V-to-12V bus converter stage, and targets 97% efficiency at full load with power density exceeding 2,000 watts per cubic inch. Built in Nvidia's 400mm x 60mm form factor for the MGX ecosystem, it incorporates 16 NV6034 GaNFast FETs in a stacked half-bridge topology and extends a portfolio that includes a previously announced 20-kilowatt, 800V-to-6V board also developed with Nvidia. President and CEO Chris Allexandre said, "The next era of AI will be defined not only by how much compute we can create but by our ability to deliver the power needed to unleash its full potential." Navitas states it has over 450 patents issued or pending and plans to showcase the board at NVIDIA's AI Factory MGX Wall partner display at OCP Global Summit 2026. Shares fell more than 7% during Monday's regular session then rose about 6% in after-hours trading.
